Backlog

Most of our vendors have limited production facilities and are unable to run more than 1 type of product or more than 1 line of seasonal products at the same time. While every effort is made to ensure our web-site has an up to date information about the products availability we might experience some delays in getting products to you around the times our vendors switch production or around the Russian National Holidays. Please check our front page and the List of Public Holidays page for the exact dates.

 

Sizing

Please note that we usually stock only the most popular sizes of the sizable items and the more popular pattern(s) of the items in different patterns. Please review the notes available at the bottom of the Sizing Chart page.

 

Russian Government Orders

All Russian government (including military, federal and regional law enforcement) orders have higher priority than our own orders placed with our vendors. Should the government agency place a large order (seasonal or related to a certain planned event), we might not be able to receive our ordered merchandise from the vendor in timely manor. Please check the recent posts at the news archive page where we will post should there be any confirmed government orders with our vendors.

 

Urgent RCG Orders

We usually prioritize the orders in the order they were received. However due to the nature of our business we might ocasionally have to bump in the line some orders, including the military, law enforcement or other types of government orders; the orders from the movie props or movie production companies; the orders from the organizers of events which are sponsored by Russian Combat Gear.
