The MVD (Ministerstvo Vnutrennih Del - Ministry of Interior) VV (Vnutrennie
Voiska - Interior Forces) Spetsnaz (Spetsial'nogo Naznacheniya - Special
Operations) units are the elite of the armed forces of the MVD and usually are
Maroon Beret-ranked.

Russian MVD VV Spetsnaz, including (from top to bottom order):
- Spetsnaz Patch (cloth) - uniform (body armour, tactical assault vest)/back
- MVD Badge (metal) - beret
- MVD Badge (subdued metal) - patrol cap

- 2 Rank Tabs/Epaulettes (camouflaged cloth) - uniform/shoulders
- 2 MVD Emblems (subdued metal) - uniform/collar tabs
