This page describes the refunds and returns procedures should you need to return an item ordered from us or request a refund.
RETURNS
All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Russian Combat Gear within 30 days of the order receipt. After 30 days from order receipt we can no longer issue an RMA.
All returned products must be 100% complete in original unused condition, with all tags and labels and other accessories included.
A valid RMA number must be enclosed in the package. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Russian Combat Gear.
In order to maintain the lowest prices in the industry, the restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any return of merchandise not caused by any of the below:
- a color/pattern replacement has been made by us without your prior consent
- a product replacement has been made by us without your prior consent
- a size replacement has been made by is without your prior consent
If you received the product exactly as you ordered and still would like to return it, the restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise at our discretion we will either issue a refund (minus the restocking fee) or send you a replacement.
REFUNDS
You can cancel your order and receive a complete refund within 24 hours of placing an order.
If for whatever reason we need to issue a refund, we will try to issue a refund thru the way the payment was sent to us for the order.
The Credit Card payments processed by us (at our web-site or over the fax/telephone) don't occur until the merchandise is shipped. There's a time limit as for how long after the purchase we can issue refunds directly to your credit card, if this time limit has been exceeded by the time we need to send a refund, we will send a refund by check (in US or Canadian dollars).
For the PayPal payments made with the credit cards, the charge occurs at the time of ordering, if some item becomes unavailable we will refund the cost of this item to you. If you ordered an out-of-stock item and we couldn't have located it in the time PayPal allows us to send the refunds we might have to send a refund by check (in US or Canadian dollars).
For the Wire Transfer/Money Order payments, should we need to issue a refund we will do so by sending the check (in US or Canadian dollars).
